Research Operations Console

Every remaining publisher field and open Track 3 domain cell is represented as a one-task research job. Each job carries a site-specific search ladder, search links, evidence-capture requirements, acceptance rule, rejection rule, and canonical handoff path.

Strict admitted load-discovery queue

Five candidates have passed the source-level load-admission gate. These are research cases, not claims of hidden facilities; a candidate remains open until entity, physical, electrical, and adjudication gates close.

One-task research workflow

Evidence boundary: search results and public leads are discovery inputs. A lead is not canonical evidence until the source is reviewed and the claim is ingested with provenance. A NO_PUBLIC_RECORD disposition is a research outcome, not evidence of absence.

How a completed task becomes registry data

The research operator records a result disposition plus source provenance using the submission schema. The canonical Track 3 builders then determine whether the source supports an existing field/domain state. This preserves the distinction between discovery, site-specific evidence, derived observation, and unknown/unassessed states.
